Is it possible 4 me to start a dog/cat rescue? - cat rescue yokohama
My family and I wanted to do something to help some of these animals in this world. We plan to start a dog / cat rescue. We know where to find the materials and everything for them. What everyone thinks we have a start?
If not kill one, unless the animal is acceptable or what? Please give advice!
